Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to carefully review all policies prior to booking. If you have any questions regarding appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, or classes, feel free to reach out for clarification at any time.

All policies are strictly enforced.

Due to a demanding travel schedule, all appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours in advance.

A non-refundable deposit or hair purchase is required to secure your appointment date and time. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected. Deposits and hair purchases may be completed:

  • In person (if I am in your city)
  • Via Zelle
  • Online
  • Over the phone using a credit card

All deposits are applied toward your final service balance.

After your consultation, you are welcome to take your time booking once you feel fully informed and ready to proceed.

If you choose to reschedule, including within the 72-hour window, your deposit will remain non-refundable. A portion of the deposit may be applied as a rescheduling fee, with the remaining balance transferred to your future appointment.

All hair sales are final. No exceptions.
