Scheduling/Rescheduling Your Appointment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before the appointment. One complimentary reschedule is permitted, and the deposit may be transferred to the new appointment. A second reschedule requires a new $275 deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-call/no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. All hair purchases are final and non-refundable.
